Frank Benischeck
Frank Benischeck, President
 
Frank Benischeck, President, is a well known financial educator in Florida. You may recognize him from interviews on WAYL FM 91.9 or from his articles published in the St. Augustine Record. For over 20 years, Frank has been teaching retirees how to preserve their assets, increase their income and reduce taxes.  Over 1000 retirees have used Frank's advice to set aside millions and protect themselves from devastating stock market losses. Among these are many business owners, employees and retirees of General Electric, Northrop Grumman, Flagler Hospital, IBM and Bell Telephone Companies. He is a graduate of Flagler College and holds a Masters degree from Loyola University.  He currently lives in St. Augustine, Florida.  When he is not busy helping retirees to secure their financial future, he enjoys cooking, playing guitar and photography, as well as doing charitable volunteer work with Habitat for Humanity and the Catholic Campus Ministry at Flagler College.




 
Jeannette Bajalia
Jeannette Bajalia,

Jeannette comes to Petros Financial Services, Inc. after 35 years of professional experience in major corporations and as an independent business owner. As the firm’s Vice President, she brings to the Petros team an in-depth knowledge of the financial and health services industries through her varied experiences in corporate executive positions.  Additionally, her well-developed entrepreneurial skills and successful small business ownership has allowed her to understand the needs of professional women whether they run owner/operated businesses or are professionals and/or executives with mid-sized or major corporations.  She is regarded as one of the thought leaders in developing and deploying innovative business strategies, with particular specialization in the human resources field.  Her strategic and operational insights and programs have helped consultants and organizations improve their effectiveness thus improving their bottom line results.
 
In addition to her business and professional experiences, Jeannette has significant experience with the issues facing the aging population.  She has a heart for ensuring individuals have a retirement plan that allows them to have a successful retirement and that all retirees are treated with dignity, respect and are protected emotionally, medically, and financially.
 
Jeannette has lived in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida for over 12 years. She completed her undergraduate and graduate studies at the University of North Florida in Jacksonville, Florida, and holds a BA in psychology and a Masters in Human Resource Management. 
 

 

   
Brian Mickley
Brian T. Mickley, MSHR

Brian comes to Petros after four decades of leadership experience in the health insurance industry and in the United States Army.  During his tenure as an Army officer, Brian provided leadership to a wide array of military units and activities including a tour as a member of the staff and faculty at The United States Military Academy at West Point.  He retired at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel after nearly 23 years of service.  His experience in the corporate environment included leadership responsibilities in Marketing, Operations and Human Resources.

As the Petros HR Program Consultant, Brian brings to the team seasoned knowledge of the healthcare financing industry in general and employee benefits in particular.  He also brings a wealth of knowledge and highly developed skills in the areas of general management, strategic and operational human resource management, and strategic workforce planning and analytics.

In addition to his overall knowledge and experience, Brian, as a two-time retiree himself, understands the issues that face members of our aging population such as the need for timely, understandable information from someone that you trust and can rely on to be there when you need them.

Brian and his family have lived in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, for 17 years.  He completed his undergraduate studies at Baldwin-Wallace College in Berea, Ohio and graduate studies at the University of Utah, Salt Lake City, Utah, and holds a BA in Education and a Masters of Science in Human Resources.


 

John Crawford
John Crawford, Esquire
John R. Crawford, Esquire is a Board Certified Tax Lawyer under the Florida Bar's Certification Program.  He represents numerous individuals in estate, tax planning and business matters. Mr. Crawford is an expert in preparing living trusts, wills, powers of attorney, health care directives, using trusts to shelter assets from claims and taxation, charitable giving planning and succession planning. His practice also includes substantial probate matters, as well as formation and representation of business entities. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1976 and to the Georgia Bar in 1994.
